The residues that form the food, saliva, drinks, snuff, etc … produce a chalky layer smears and dirty teeth. This plate is called dark color scale.
Treatment and Preventive Measures
* We must maintain proper dental hygiene, brushing teeth twice a day.
* Toothbrushes should be small and should have soft bristles and rounded, allowing access to all corners of the teeth.
* Change your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months.
* The recommended fluoride toothpaste.
* As toothbrushes do not reach certain areas is recommended interdental flossing to clean these areas of darkness.
* We recommend a consultation with a dentist or dental hygienist every 6 months for a deep cleaning and oral examination.
* Do not eat sweets or sugary products.
* No smoking.
