Example: 5 feet 9 inches tall, large size = 106 pounds 5 feet 9 inches x 6 pounds = 54 pounds 15 extra pounds because large size Ideal Weight = 175 lbs Women (formula to calculate your ideal weight) 1) Start with a basis weight of 100 pounds which is equivalent to your first 5 feet tall. 2) For every inch taller, throw in 5 pounds to your weight basis. 3) If you use small size (small frame) subtracts 15 pounds, large size if you use add 15 pounds. Example: 5 feet 4 inches tall, small size 5 feet = 100 pounds 4 inches x 5 = 20 pounds 15 pounds less because small size Ideal Weight = 105 pounds , you know what your ideal weight. If you agree to lose 1 pound per week (should be) improving diet and increasing daily physical activity level, eventually not only reach your ideal weight but also strengthen your heart will achieve in the process.
