Good dental care includes good oral hygiene with brushing and flossing, using fluoride toothpastes, eating low blood sugar and a healthy portion of milk (rich in calcium) and course, a periodic visit to the dentist.
Dental sealants, also known as sealants are thin plastic coatings placed on the teeth to form a protective coating against cavities. The teeth of the children have small grooves that can not always be cleaned by brushing, sealants cover these grooves and stay prevents food particles and germs.
