To whiten your teeth at home can be an inexpensive way to get similar results to the professionals. There are many ways to whiten teeth, can go to the expensive route or stick to teeth whitening at home. The choice of procedure of products and / or use depends on the person you are investing. My first suggestion would be to try at home solutions that are safe and healthy. You can try these before you have to go the route in the face dentist or hygienist.

Baking soda can be used instead of toothpaste to brush your teeth. This will help remove stains over time. Is this just once a week.

You can also taste with salt and ionized water with baking soda to help keep their teeth clean and white. It is necessary to make a paste with the two ingredients and add water until it for brushing teeth. This mixture will help remove plaque and whitens teeth. One thing, do not swallow this mixture. And should only be used once a day, which can cause inflammation of the gums. If this occurs, use less, then go every other day.

You can try a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. When using these two ingredients together, to prevent bacteria in the mouth and gums and also help in the fight against tooth decay. This is a popular ingredient combination toothpaste today. And in fact can be used as a whitener as well. Again, avoid ingestion of this combination.

An unknown factor is banana peels, the inside of the banana peel can work wonders to improve the color of your teeth. Your help to whiten teeth is really phenomenal. If you try this resource while brushing your teeth, use yellow bananas instead of the green immature. Within a week or so should see a difference.

Make sure you brush after every meal. This is the first rule of thumb, helping to remove food particles trapped between teeth. And clean any bacteria in the mouth. It is also good practice to get into the routine of brushing your teeth after every meal.

Other items not used for teeth whitening is a bar of soap. Yes, you heard right, a bar of soap. I know it sounds disgusting, but it works. Bar Soap helps whiten your teeth and it also works better than toothpaste. They are very effective at killing germs remove tartar and plaque from your teeth. They even have soaps for teeth in the grocery or drug store or pharmacy nearby. You have to be careful not to abuse because it can become toxic.

Not just the usual suspects to affect our teeth, even healthy foods can cause cavities, and others can help protect our teeth, gum disease and bad breath.

Here are some suggestions to your diet to improve your dental health (dental).

Eating carbohydrates at lunch time
or even French fries wheat bread can be just as harmful to teeth and gums as a chocolate chip cookie. Carbohydrates are broken down into simple sugars that are converted by bacteria plaque, a sticky residue that is the main cause of gum disease and cavities. Carbohydrate-based foods like bread and crackers tend to have a sticky texture that makes it easier to be trapped between teeth and gums where bacteria accumulates.

As I recommend eating these carbohydrates by the food and not as a treat when you eat large amounts of food, it produces saliva which helps to eliminate this waste of the mouth.

Drink tea
Black tea and Green contain polyphenols, antioxidant plant compound n that prevent plaque to stick to your teeth and helps reduce the chances for tooth decay or gum disease. Tea also has the potential to reduce bad breath by inhibiting the growth of bacteria that cause it. Many teas also contain fluoride, which helps prevent the enamel of the teeth fall out.

Take a straw
Most sodas, sports drinks and juices contain acids such as citric or phosphoric that can weaken the enamel of the teeth, even if they are diet or sugar-free versions. By taking these drinks with a straw placed more towards the inside of the mouth limits the tooth contact with these acids and helps preserve the enamel.

Increase your intake of vitamin C.
Vitamin C is the cement that holds together all our cells and is important for healthy gum tissue. People who consumed less than 60mg per day of vitamin C (8 ounces of orange juice contain more than 80mg) were 25% more likely to have a gum disease than those taking 180mg or more, according to a study by the University New York at Buffalo.

Consume 800 mg of calcium per day
People consuming these amounts of calcium are less likely to develop gum disease. The reason is that 99% of calcium in the body is in bones and teeth. The calcium found in foods such as cheese, milk and yogurt strengthens the alveolar bone in the jaw that helps to keep teeth in place. The recommended intake is 1,000 mg per day for women under 50 and 1,200 mg for adults.

The power of cheese
If you can not brush after drinking a soda or soda or something sweet eat a piece of cheddar cheese. Studies have shown that cheese helps reduce tooth decay, due in part to neutralize the acid that damages teeth.

Three amazing fighters caries:
* Xylitol – the sweetener found in some chewing gums have been shown in several studies that fight tooth decay.
* Blueberries and shiitake mushrooms – both contain chemicals that prevent bacteria from sticking to teeth.
* Crunchy vegetables like celery and carrots – are sufficiently abrasive to help clean teeth and plaque particles.

A smile is one of the first things people notice about another person, especially when it comes to perfect smile. (Unfortunately, the opposite is also true!) A smile can ease the fears of another person, like many mothers know, and a perfect smile can also help a person get ahead, like a job interview.

Remember, young people are often in a perfect smile too. The best way to maintain a youthful appearance is with beautiful white teeth.

It Takes Time To Care For Their Teeth.
Begin by taking the time to care for the mouth. Brush morning and night at least, and spend two to three minutes of brushing. Most people do not spend enough time to brush your teeth. Two to three minutes of brushing will ensure that food, plaque and other bacteria are killed.

Another time-consuming act to avoid is flossing. Floss on a daily process is vital! We all know this, but still do not. It is the only way to remove bacteria and food that sticks between your teeth. Dental floss gums keep a nice pink and help the teeth stay whiter.

Avoid The “Yellow” Foods And Substances.
Many foods and habits can cause teeth stains. The following factors can cause stains, bad breath as well as coffee, red wine, tobacco, berries (such as blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries), and some juices.

It may not be possible to avoid, but it would be a good start to limit the frequency of these products are consumed.

Use At Home Whitening Products.
There are many products on the market that will help whiten teeth. Not only toothpaste and whitening whitening gum bleaching, but also substances which must be respected teeth. These products are not as powerful as the dentist to whiten teeth but it will help.

Change The Colors Of Lipstick.
The use of orange lipstick will also make the teeth look more yellow. On a brighter smile or a diet low bright red lip products. Use dark lipstick can also help your teeth look brighter too.

Relax.
Nothing ruins a smile more than when it is not original. A smile really, truly will delight the whole face. His eyes shine up, all the muscles of the face is turned and the whole sphere disappear. The relaxation of the mind before hand and think of something fun to help give a genuine smile, perfect.

Remember, the smile is a universal symbol of happiness. When a person has a perfect smile on his face will appear not only happier but also more successful, attractive, and younger.

Sealants Sealants are one or plastic coatings, thin, applied on the surfaces of teeth.

The application of dental sealants can be done in the dentists’ offices, clinics, and sometimes also in schools. The application of sealants is easy and painless.

Sealants are applied “paint” the tooth with a layer of liquid that hardens quickly to form a protective coating. It is possible that some people confuse sealants with fillings for cavities, but are not the same.

Why do we need sealants?
The most important reason to apply dental sealants is to prevent tooth decay. Fluoride in toothpaste and in drinking water protects the smooth surfaces of teeth but back teeth need extra protection. Sealants cover the surfaces of the teeth grinding and keep out germs and food particles. sealants applied to teeth that still have no cavities, also save time and money in the long term to prevent the application of fillings, crowns, or covers used to repair cavities.

What causes tooth decay?
Germs in the mouth change the sugar from food into acids. Over time, the acids can form cavities in the teeth called cavities. Of course it is best to have healthy teeth. It is important to prevent tooth decay. That’s why sealants are so important.

Why the wheels are easily carean?
Grinding surfaces of molars are rough and uneven because they have small cracks and crevices. Food and germs are deposited in these cracks and crevices and can remain there for long because the bristles of toothbrushes fail to remove them.

When are sealants?
Dental sealants should be applied as soon as the child gets permanent molars, before decay can damage them. The first permanent molars, called “6-year molars”, come in between 5 and 7 years old. The second permanent teeth, “teeth of the 12 years,” happen when your child is between 11 and 14 years old. Other teeth with pits and grooves, called “premolars”, may also need sealants. Adolescents and adults youth who are prone to decay may also require the application of sealants.

Do I need sealants on baby teeth?

Your dentist may feel that is a good idea to apply the sealant on the teeth, especially if your child’s teeth have deep pits and grooves. The baby teeth hold the space for permanent teeth when. Therefore, it is essential to keep them healthy so they do not fall soon.

Do you pay insurance for the application of dental sealants?

State Medicaid programs and certain dental insurance companies pay for the application of dental sealants.

How long do sealants protect a tooth?

A dental sealants can protect the teeth up to 10 years, but is necessary for the dentist or hygienist regularly check the sealant to ensure that it has broken off or worn. The dentist or dental hygienist can repair sealants by adding more sealant material to the tooth.

What if a cavity is accidentally covered with a sealant small?

A small cavities not be extended because it is isolated from germs or microbes and food that help cause it.

Are sealants new?
No, sealants have been around since the sixties. Research National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) and others led to the development of sealants and showed that they are safe and effective. However, many people do not know what they are dental sealants. In the United States, less than 25% of children have dental sealants.

How I can get dental sealants for my children?
Call your dentist, local dental society or state or local health department. Sometimes sealants are applied in schools. Contact your school to see if they have a program for the application of dental sealants.

Keeping your teeth, gums and mouth clean and healthy can prevent disease and infection, and can help prevent pain and disease. Also a clean healthy mouth feels good, looks good and keeps your breath fresh.

Her teeth should be cleaned very well every day. This is because the germs or bacteria in the mouth are growing very fast every day. It is called dental plaque acids that attack teeth and gums which cause disease.

Tips for a mouth, teeth and gums healthy:

Clean your teeth well twice or three times daily after each meal and before going to sleep at night.
Use a small toothbrush with soft bristles. A brush with hard bristles large and can damage teeth and gums.
Use toothpaste with fluoride. Spit it out when you have finished cleaning your teeth. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Perform full and gently brushing on all sides of the teeth and gums. It should take about 3 minutes to do everything.
Avoid cleaning your teeth shortly after drinking acidic beverages like orange juice. The acid softens the enamel drinks, and cleaning can scratch the glaze while it is soft. Rinse your mouth with water, wait half an hour, then clean your teeth.
Dental floss to clean between the teeth, visit your dentist to show you how to floss properly.
Once a week you can check your brushing skills with a rinsing liquid gel called Revelation *. This is a pink liquid that stains pink plate and makes it easier to see. Disclosure gel can be purchased at a pharmacy. If your teeth are not totally clean, there will be a pink stain on a tooth. Deserved stain and remember how he did it, so you can increase how to clean your teeth.
Wash hands after using the toilet and before using the toothbrush.
Do not start smoking. Smoking stains your teeth and can cause diseases of the mouth.

1.The drinks. First, carbonated soft drinks often have a lot of sugar, which is very harmful to our tooth enamel and creates an environment favorable for the formation of the pest. In addition, most soft drinks and soft is very acidic, which is also very harmful and detrimental to the teeth.

2. Citrus. Occasional use of lemons, oranges and other citrus fruits can not lead to enormous damage to our teeth. However, these fruits are rich in natural acids, which if consumed regularly can soften and erosion of tooth enamel, making our teeth weaker and less healthy. Therefore, those who love to eat oranges or tangerines should make a habit of using mouthwash after eating the fruit. Additionally, we recommend drinking orange juice through a straw.

3. Tea and coffee. If you have the habit of drinking 3-4 cups of black tea or black coffee a day, you should pay most attention to the color of teeth. Along with the snuff, regular consumption of coffee or black tea are the main causes darkening of the tooth, and bleaching exhaust rich in tannins and some acids, tea and coffee may have destructive effects on the teeth, but if you want to continue with their habit and still has a bright smile, add a little milk to your daily cup of tea or coffee. Milk has been shown to be capable of neutralizing the negative effects of tannins in the teeth.

4. Wine. The wine is actually a controversial issue that has positive and negative effects on our dental health. As a natural antiseptic, red wine may be used to reduce the risk of dental plague formation and prevention of dental caries. At the same time, wine is also rich in acids, which are harmful to our tooth enamel and sugar. Furthermore, recent studies have shown that regular consumption of wine is linked to increased risk of tooth staining. Therefore, drink plenty of water after drinking wine to remove harmful components of the teeth.

5. Diet pills. The effects of diet pills sometimes cause reduced production of saliva by the glands. As a result, we have a dry mouth and a very favorable environment for various bacteria and formation of dental plague. Remember that effective weight loss is enough to combine a healthy diet with sufficient amounts of exercise. It’s the healthiest solution for both your body and teeth.

In addition, more women who have a stable dentist visit regularly than men.
It is also true that dental care has earned a place in the routine in recent years, with more adults who truly understand its importance and, therefore, passed on to their children (always with women being more important this item).

It is also true that the numbers show that not all adults understand the importance of dental care or care for the way they should.

The irony is that preventing problems with teeth is actually very simple, if you have a little awareness and willingness to maintain a hygienic routine established and respected to the letter.

In general, washing and flossing and / or sticks, in addition to regular visits to the dentist (with regular check as if the practitioner is involved) and proper nutrition, sufficient to maintain a healthy smile.

So, a few tips do not seem out of place:

-Brush your teeth at least twice a day with toothpaste containing fluoride.

-Clean the space between teeth with floss or a toothpick designed specifically for this space. The bacteria that cause cavities remain in the spaces between your teeth even after we passed the brush, as this really fails to penetrate deeply.
In addition, small pieces of food may also escape brushing. Flossing removes plaque and food from between teeth and below the gumline.

-Balanced diet with limited snacks between meals (to prevent food between the teeth is too long without brushing).

“Regular visits to the dentist for professional cleanings and checkups of all the teeth.

When you eat sugary foods or drink sodas frequently throughout the day, the enamel that protects your teeth is constantly exposed to acidic elements.

Hard candies, which are taken to relieve coughs or sore throats or mints that contain sugar are especially dangerous because they dissolve slowly in your mouth.

Many experts suggest that when you eat foods containing sugar, do it in intervals of three hours.

When you eat foods with sugar or starch as part of a full meal, they are less hazardous to your teeth than when eaten alone, probably because the production of saliva, which dissolves the sugar and bacteria, is increased when you eat a meal complete.

Eating sugary foods before going to sleep is what can make the most damage (especially if you brush your teeth afterward) because you do not produce as much saliva when you sleep.

For most people, it is difficult to eliminate completely sweet, therefore, try to follow the following recommendations are a bit more realistic:

* Eat carbohydrates (sugars and starches) as part of a meal.
* If you can not brush your teeth after eating, rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash, or chew sugarless gum.
* Do not eat sugary foods between meals.
* If you snack or eat between meals, try to choose foods that contain sugar such as cheese, popcorn, raw vegetables or yogurt.
